How can I contact Fairstone about my account?
Call 888-638-2274 to reach a Fairstone customer service representative Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
Where can I use my store card?
You can only use your store card with the retailer you're registered with, but you can use it at any of the other retailer's locations that offer financing through Fairstone. If you want to finance purchases with another partner, you'll have to apply for another store card.
Can you make multiple purchases on your store card?
Yes - you can make as many purchases as long as you stay within your credit limit. Your credit limit and available credit can be found on the first page of your monthly statement.
How do I make a payment on my account?
There are several options for making a payment on your account:
  • Through your financial institution. Make a payment at your branch, or through online/telephone banking services. When making a payment online, select "Fairstone Credit Card" as your payee.
  • By cheque: Write your account number on the front of the cheque. Indicate the payment amount on the return portion of the statement. Mail both the cheque and return portion to 630 Rene-Levesque Blvd. West, Suite 1400, Montreal, QC, H3B 4Z9.
