In December 2011, acquired Detection Systems Ltd. located in Pasadena, NL and welcomed all of it's customers. With this acquisition, PhoneTech expanded their services throughout Newfoundland and Labrador to provide state-of-the-art automation and security services to homes and businesses.
2017: J.W. Allan Company Limited
In September 2017, purchased all assets belonging to J.W. Allan Company Limited and branched the company into the Computer Sales and Service.
2020: Jay's Computer Repair
In October 2020, acquired Jay's Computer Services located at 5A Hillcrest, Corner Brook, NL to further expand it's Computer Sales and Service and branch into Cell Phone Repair, Tablet Repair, and TV Repairs.
